HIGHLIGHTS

• Wydown: delicious cortado / inspiring (as usual) conversation with K8 / guy wearing Greenville Astros hat(!)

• Wrote and delivered a letter

• Touched base with friends in Madrid, feeling like my itinerary for the Camino is starting to solidify (stay tuned)

• Met up with a handful of good friends in NYC before making my way to the airport

• Talked to Sleepy K8 on the way to the airport

CHALLENGES

• Lots of emotions departing

• Feeling utterly tongue-tied as K8 & I said our goodbyes at Union Station.

• Bus WiFi definitely did not work, but I was able to use my phone as a hotspot for work communications

• Flight delayed, not a huge deal; allowed me to charge my phone and rest a bit

There’s not much I have to say that I haven’t already said. I hope you don’t mind the repetition. I promise to keep finding new melodies and words and rhyme schemes to keep it fresh. But the story is there, and the story is solid, and I am so excited to keep living out this story and sharing it with you.
